Counselling sessions are available face to face at the Centre on specific days or alternatively via telephone or Skype. The online and telephone service has been specifically developed to widen access to counselling and to support clients who may not be able to physically access the Centre due to mobility, time or distance.

Counselling support can be helpful with:-
